Booktober Challenge Post 21

F I C T I O N A L   C H A R A C T E R   D I N N E R   P A R T Y

Apparently a nice size for a dinner party is somewhere between 6 & 10, so I think I am going to go for 8 guests, including myself would make the party 9.

I have honestly never thought about this before, so I am sat here running through book characters in my mind and whether I would actually enjoy having dinner with them.

Captain Wentworth (Persuasion)- I have to invite my favourite Austen hero.

Jo March (Little Women) – I enjoy a lively party with interesting and intelligent people. Not so commonly found where I live… lol!!

Robert Langdon (The Da Vinci Code) – I don’t think he would be short of conversation.

Beatrice (Much Ado About Nothing) – She will keep the gentleman in their places.

Arthur Dent (Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy) – A sense of humor and also some interesting stories.

Effie Trinket (The Hunger Games) – I always wanted to know what happened to Effie, I feel as though she has an untold story.

Captain Robert Walton (Frankenstein) – I was debating between Captain Walton and Professor Frankenstein. However, the monster only dies once Frankenstein does and I don’t feel comfortable with the monster being there.

Arwen (The Lord of The Rings) – To add a sense of gravitas to the proceedings.
